First Day of School

Well, the first day of Pre-K has arrived. I can't believe I already have a kid in school.

Even if he sees us he has to wait until the teacher gets him and walks him to our car.He had a great time. Really loved Recess and the slide and some thing he rides on that goes in circles. When asked if he learned anything he said " I learned what to do with my hands that makes people fill special." I said "And that would be?" He said, "To Clap." Got to loves stories by your children!

Last Saturday the local Fire Dept had an Open House. We took Owen. He even got his picture in the paper for learning some fire safety.

This week Owen got his glasses. The Doctor said his Left eye is weaker than his right. That is exactly what is wrong with my eyes. We are having a little struggle of wills to keep them on. Hopefully he will get use to them and keep them on.



We are having a great time with our scheduled outdoor time. Here I am trying to get Owen to use the pedals on his bike.

Last Outing before School Starts

The OKC Zoo is having way back Wednesdays. Admission and some food is Just 75 cents. So, this past Wednesday we called several of our friends and met up for a great morning together. This was Mark's first trip to the Zoo. We had a great time. Most of the animals were out where we could see them even though it was a little warm. Here are a few pics of our trip.

Babies First Hair cut

Ok, the curls have been so cute on my little man that I haven't had the heart to cut them. When Owen was little he had red curly hair and after his first big Buzz it changed to blonde. So, I have really draged my feet with Mark. However the time has come that he was really starting to look like a girl and the hair was becoming unmanagble. Here are the before and after pics.

He totally looks like a big boy now. But, I guess at 15 months of age I need to let him grow up sometime! Hehehe.... He is a complete ray of sunshine. Even though this past week he has been trying to get in all 4 molars at the same time. The poor guy teeth hurting nose running and me dragging him out to Owen's swim lesson's every day. What a trooper. I love my boys!
